Growing Hope: Fruit Trees Thrive in Kakuma

Spread the love

We are excited and proud to witness the success of our fruit trees growing right here in Kakuma! What once seemed impossible has now become a powerful reality.

Many believed that fruit trees could not survive in this environment, but today, they are thriving and giving us hope for a greener and more food-secure future.

DES Food Forest trees are doing well this year, bringing hope for better food security.

This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible support, encouragement, and contributions from our partners, friends, and community members.

We say a big THANK YOU to everyone who believed in this vision and stood with us!

Let this be just the beginning.

Let Kakuma become a center for fruit production!

Together, we can transform lives, restore the environment, and build sustainable food systems for our community.

No support is too small. Your solidarity can save lives and restore hope to families who have lost almost everything. Please share widely and give others the opportunity to help.
