Overview
This month, our program focused on delivering comprehensive lessons in English, conflict resolution, leadership skills, and facilitating engaging children’s play and education activities. We also helped Community members with Maize, hosted several meetings, managed financial contributions, and welcomed visitors to our center.
Mwezi huu, mpango wetu ulilenga kutoa masomo kamili kwa Kiingereza, utatuzi wa migogoro, ujuzi wa uongozi, na kuwezesha kushiriki michezo ya watoto na shughuli za elimu. This month, our Children’s Play Program focused on integrating creative arts and physical activity to foster both cognitive and physical development. Children engaged in a variety of structured and unstructured play activities designed to promote creativity, teamwork, and physical health.

Maelezo:
Mwezi huu, Programu yetu ya kucheza ya Watoto ililenga kuunganisha sanaa ya ubunifu na shughuli za kimwili ili kukuza maendeleo ya utambuzi na kimwili. Watoto wanaohusika katika shughuli mbalimbali za kucheza zilizoundwa na zisizo na muundo iliyoundwa kukuza ubunifu, kazi ya pamoja, na afya ya mwili.

Maize Distribution: In the efforts of our Donors to support the nutritional needs of our community, we distributed maize to most vulnerable families. This initiative aimed to encourage refugees on living and access to essential monthly sustenance.

Sanctuary of Mother Earth Project: Highlighting our commitment to Food forest, environmental sustainability, we engaged children in tree planting activities. This project aimed to instill a sense of responsibility towards the environment in young minds, contributing to the creation of a greener, more sustainable future.
Mradi wa Mama wa Dunia: Kuonyesha kujitolea kwetu kwa msitu wa chakula, uendelevu wa mazingira, tulishiriki watoto katika shughuli za upandaji miti. Mradi huu ulilenga kuingiza hisia ya uwajibikaji kwa mazingira katika akili za vijana, na kuchangia kuundwa kwa baadaye ya kijani kibichi, endelevu zaidi.

General Comments:
The month was highly productive, with students showing excessive engagement and improvement in both courses. The practical exercises in the Leadership and Conflict Resolution course permitted students to enhancing their learning experience. Similarly, the communicating activities in the Basic English Course have significantly contributed to students’ language skills development.
Maoni ya Jumla:
Mwezi ulikuwa na tija sana, na wanafunzi walionyesha ushiriki mkubwa na uboreshaji katika kozi zote mbili. Mazoezi ya vitendo katika kozi ya Uongozi na Utatuzi wa Migogoro yaliruhusu wanafunzi kuimarisha uzoefu wao wa kujifunza. – Resource Limitations: We are experiencing a shortage of basic level English books and educational toys for our children’s play area, lack of chairs, office for management board work space, financial motivation for volunteers, Wi-Fi network.
– Volunteer Shortages: A decrease in volunteer availability due to lack of financial motivation has impacted our ability to offer personalized attention during activities.

– Educational Resources: Seeking donations of English books, educational toys and play materials.
– Volunteer Recruitment: Financial assistance to recruiting volunteers with expertise in English education and child development.
– Technical Solutions: Looking for experienced people for affordable solutions to enhance the engagement of our management and virtual learning environment.

CONCLUSION
This month showcased the impactful work being done in our program, alongside the challenges we face in resources and engagement. We are actively seeking support to overcome these hurdles and continue providing high-quality education and development opportunities to our children, women and community. We remain committed to our mission and look forward to the continued support from our community and partners.

Tunatafuta kikamilifu msaada ili kuondokana na vikwazo hivi na kuendelea kutoa fursa za elimu na maendeleo ya hali ya juu kwa watoto wetu, wanawake na jamii. Tunaendelea kujitolea kwa dhamira yetu na tunatarajia msaada unaoendelea kutoka kwa jamii yetu na washirika.
